It's amazing and very relaxing
I've noticed i can actually feel the effects right from the beginning. even without imagining/ visualizing the instructions given, i can feel my body reacting in sync to the sound of the guided meditation . From the warmth rising from my feet and spreading through out my body. It has a deep relaxation effect ❤️

Living Soul Meditation
I thought I was lucid dreaming before this. Let me just start with that. For the first time ever, I was in a dream and I was contemplating changing the dream instead of “leaving the scene”. I didn’t know exactly where to start but I knew I had the power to do it and I knew I was dreaming. This meditation has helped me with breath-work, getting grounded, releasing stress, and detaching from my body before bed. I love it! I try not to miss a single night.

The first time I listened to the Living Soul meditation I went into the deepest sleep and dreamt of the Masters. Listening to the meditation has grounded me and helped me connect to my higher self. So Peaceful
Greetings of Peace Family, My 1st experience with this beautiful breath of 7 (Living Soul Meditation) was the day of Meet & Greet the Masters. After their blessings I was so full of Divine Highness! And when everyone sat in meditation as the audio guided me into the breath work, I felt uplifted and grounded, afterwards, I noticed the breath and sounds helped balance the energies from their (Masters) blessings. I knew I had to have this audio to practice daily. Now, this is one of my go to, before I get into my spiritual practices. It really helps Clear my mind and open me up to the Higher energies from my spiritual practices. It helps me receive the energies with ease. I really love this audio. Gratitude Masters

Meditation Review
The recording is awesome. However I was able to download it to my Android phone and laptop. For some reason, I get an "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file." So I have to keep going to the original download to listen.
