My Audio download won’t play in full. Is it supposed to be skipping?
This typically happens when you are trying to stream or download the audio directly onto an iPhone.
Unfortunately, Apple products do not allow direct downloads from outside sources. The audio must be downloaded onto a computer, and then transferred to your apple device. The download should play in full once this is done.
I can't find my download; may I receive a refund?
No, downloadable items are NON-REFUNDABLE. To access your download(s), please follow the steps below:
1. After your order has processed, click the link that says 'download the items you ordered' located under the order number.
2. Next, click the link that says (download files) located under the title of the product purchased.
3. Finally, click the title(s) of your purchased item(s) and the download will begin.
When will my package be shipped?
Unless a product is on back order, most orders are shipped out within 7-10 business days of placement.
Are seminars refundable?
Seminars are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, one can exchange the amount spent for a store credit.
How long will it take for my product to work?
Response time varies depending on the product; consistency is key.
Does Dr. Gibson offer consultations?

Can I share a radiator, medallion, etc. or do I need my own?
In order to be effective, each person should have his or her own materials.
How do I know which product(s) would work best for me?
