I have been working on a particular real estate deal for nearly a year and it was clear there were so many blocks to the success of this transaction. I believe my client whom I wanted to help dearly had some major blocks in his wealth. The property itself was so sad literally I felt it. My client has been in a very difficult financial spot and needed to sell the property. The property needed a new owner. I knew I was in a position to be used as a conduit for a blessing, but it wasn’t going to be easy. This deal has been the talk of my office for months as it has been so strange the unfortunate occurrences that sprang up the more, I worked on it. At one point my mentor said I may need to consider walking away. I responded, “I’m supposed to do this deal my client needs it. I need it for my mastery in this field as well. I will only grow from it.” I share this to paint how challenging this situation was. The blocks to this deal were so strange several attorneys expressed how in their careers, which some spanned a couple of decades they never seen the issues we were having. I thought “Please be good news” My attorney was on the other line hollering in joy letting me know we got the document we needed to close the deal and closing is set for this Friday! All I can do is bow wanted to cry but couldn’t it was beyond tears of joy. The feeling of this experience was freeing.
