This CD is very powerful in letting go of trauma. The CD worked very well for me as I could isolate the emotional problem and let it go forever. I have gone to many therapy and counselling sessions in the past, and this product is just as, if not more, powerful than any meeting I have gone to. If you have emotional pain in your life, I would highly recommend trying this CD.

The Releasement audio allows for deep healing beyond what you may even be consciously aware of. My favorite aspect of the audio download is that you can play it through headphones and place the headphones on any part of the body or anywhere else for that matter!
