Wow.....so much to say.....I've seen the difference in my house when I forget for a couple of days to play this attunement. My youngest who's 8 years old is going through a level one cleanse and it was suggested to play this attunement all day, and the switch it up with one of the miracle prayer attunement's in addition to the cleanse. Since before the cleanse, my daughter rarely slept peacefully. She'd look like she's fighting in her sleep, all types of thrashing, and crying, angry words and sounds, could barely control her. There is a sense of relief in the air after playing this audio. A lot of work went into this, it is so layered I won't even get into it to lengthy degree. It takes forever to transfer and load this file. (At least on my computer). I use it to stop my restlessness in its tracks when thoughts are runnin. The high pitch tone is so fine if I turn my head a certain way or flex the muscles around the ears, the pitch doesn't get heard. Like it disappears from the track. It's not like annoying feedback. Ironically its kind of relaxing
