There are portals within the body that connect to currents of life force that emanate from the higher worlds. Each of these currents regenerate the energy bodies within your physical form. As the physical form ages, it continues to draw force from the higher worlds. Your hands, feet, internal organs, eyes, and skin will begin to take on light from the higher worlds.  You will see yourself glow in dreams, photographs, and other unexpected places.  The more you work with these forces, the more you will begin to align your physical body with the higher currents.  With diligent work and focus, you can slow and reverse your aging by opening these portals.  Do this work with diligence and sincere practice.  One hour per day is a good start.  For most humans, true pacing and progress takes time.  Give yourself the luxury of this time.  Do the practice in dim light for best results.
 
Most of the spiritual force of man remains unused in the body.  Even when a person dies at old age, the forces that could propel us to great heights of spiritual power remain within the body.  These forces are at times realized by the mature and aware souls that connect with the portals of power within the body. The portals that exist within the body remain unused. They may be opened however.  As the physical body ages, the portals of rejuvenation continue to recharge the etheric body. When you die, the etheric body will continue to feed upon these forces.
 
 
Each breath that you draw takes in force and power from these portals.  There are ten portals of rejuvenation within the body.  These portals transmit energy into the body that causes the cells or your form to actually rejuvenate on a regular basis.  In the early '50s, researchers discovered the body's rejuvenating power by – yes, really – feeding and injecting subjects with radioactive atoms and observing their movement. They found that, on average, 98 percent of the atoms inside the body – the smallest units of matter, which form the molecules that help comprise bodily cells – are replaced each year. Most new atoms are taken in through the air we breathe, the food we eat and the liquids we drink. You literally replace yourself every year.

    Rejuvenation

    This practice brought me to a whole new level of refreshment. Before reading the text, I had no idea that the feet could possess such power. At first, I was surprised by this concept, but after following the process and focusing as instructed, I truly began to feel rejuvenated. Even during the day, I noticed a slight pressure in the targeted areas of my feet, almost as if the energy was still at work. This discovery has been both unexpected and exciting. The text is incredibly fascinating, and each time I revisit it, my curiosity about its deeper meanings continues to grow. I’m eager to keep exploring its teachings and uncover more insights on this amazing journey. It feels as though I’ve only just scratched the surface of its possibilities, and I look forward to seeing how much more there is to discover as I continue this enlightening experience. The adventure has only just begun.

    Powerful flow of energy

    I enjoyed opening up the flow of energy through these portals. It has been 2 weeks and I have experienced blissful/orgasmic energy flowing through and around my feet. So far I have had more energy and I can feel whichever part of my body become refreshed when I meditate on them. Excited to get more familiar without this aspect of myself. Thank you for this text!

    I just started trying it recently and it seems powerful

    I only tried it once, I made an hour session and the result was that I felt a soft and cold energy throughout the body, the stomach discomfort left. I will start with daily practice to discover what results I get.

    I ve used the 88th book of thoth for only a week . Ive noticed when I scan the costellations, seeing small specks of light within. I feel more balanced simply amazing!!!

    This is so amazing I can’t contain myself. I year ago I was at My Company Super Saturday Meeting and one of our guest was Dr. Ed Park, M.D. M.P.H. when I told him my age is said I look great!. He gave me a few samples of his product called “Recharge” “Telomerase Activation Medicine.” I did not have the funds to purchase the product at the time. And Low and behold OMG Dr. Mitchel Gibson come out recently with the 88th Book of Thoth: Portals of Rejuvenation. I was having joint pains and brain fog, I was so amaze of the positive reaction to my body after completing one session. I’m still in Awe! I am so Grateful and Thankful. This is Awesome.
